There will be a special election held at the July quarterly meeting in Amarillo for the Secretary Elect position. If you or someone you know is interested in participating at the State level of ENA, please download the form below. The instructions are in the document.
2016 Board of Directors: Call for Candidates
The Elections Process committee is looking for candidates for the 2016 open positions of president-elect, treasurer-elect and director. Elections are held during the 4th quarter Texas ENA State Council meeting. This is an opportunity to grow professionally and participate on the State level. If you have questions about time commitment, fiscal commitment, duties, etc. Please contact your current Board, or contact Cam Brandt, Elections Process committee chair by clicking HERE.
If interested in one of the open positions, please complete and submit an application. In order to be pre-slated for the ballot, the short 2016 Officer Candidate Biographical must be submitted. Candidates are also encouraged to include a professional picture saved in a jpg or gif format.
The deadline for submission are as follows:
To be pre-slated and included in the Texas ENA newsletter, applications must be received by July 9, 2015.
To be pre-slated on the ballot applications must be received by Thursday, October 15, 2015.
Applications will also be taken from the floor at the 4th quarter State Council meeting following the same verification process. These applications will be “written in” on the ballot.
Texas ENA Awards and Honors
Howdy TENA members! Do you have that one member who goes above and beyond? How about someone who is always doing spectacular things behind the scenes? An exceptional manager/educator? Nominate them for a TENA award. Award information can be found on the Awards and Honors page on the TENA website. The deadline for submission is JULY 1ST!!! Nominate someone today :o)

Below are two Bylaw changes that are being made available to the members to review prior to the July meeting in Amarillo. Please read over them and bring your comments to the July meeting. There the council will discuss and then vote.
If you are unable to physically attend a Texas ENA State meeting, you can attend without physically attending. That’s right, just send an email to email@example.com requesting access and the webmaster will send an email with logon information.
